Cell Phone Rebates, Inphonic ripoff did pay the rebate for the motorola razor for $170.00, but took the money from my account. Phoenix Arizona

I applied and got the cell phone for $199.00, that was charged to my credit card. I did everything asked of me. I sent the bills for the last six months, sent the original bar code and form. The rebate should have taken place by March.

Today 5/31/06, I got a regret that they cannot honor the rebate, due valid time frame, the bils didn't match and the original bar code not the original. They really ripped me off. I do still have the phone with cingular, and have informed them. They say they are not responsible either. My next contact will be with motorola for the razor.
