Ripoff, crappy goods

Simply, i bought a RCA 37 inch tv from rentway. Then on the day i made my last payment, i turned off tv to go rent way. When i got back it would not come back on. Just a thin red line on screen.

I went back to see what they would do for me, since i had been a loyal customer for 6-7 years. Spent a lot more money on thing than they were worth. They told me i was basicly ass out, and have a nice day.

Im not the only person who had a item like yv sterio pc crap out with in a month of the last payment. I was under the impresson i was paying for insurance the whole time. Like 2 years extended. Got told that was for while i was paying for it.

Thats crap, as long as i was paying they had to cover it.
But i know im not the only one whos been assended by rentway in this manner.
