Rebate Fraud Internet

Electronics and household app.
I have had a bad experience with Intelenet Wireless. I was offered a $200 rebate and they made me send the rebate request within a certain period of time after the activation date. Firstly, I sent the request too early. Then, after I received a letter saying that the rebate postmark date was invalid. Of course, I then made sure that I would send the rebate within the correct period. Unfortunately, I did not realize that sending the mail not by certified mail 'allowed' them not to admit that they had received the mail. So, what is happening now is they will not admit that they had received my mail.
I happened to search in & about this and wanted to find out how I could report this. Then, I found many people with very similar cases. One is that they make the rebate request process very difficult for us to follow. Second is if we are not satisfied and call the customer service line, they would just hang up or tell lies. Third is that if there are multiple rebates, they would only send one.
I hope you would be able to help me and those other people out there who have been disadvantaged by Intelenet Wireless. Thank you very much.
