Selling a high dollar laptop on Craigslist, the person contacted me on text message from 631-627-1781 claiming to be Helen Patrick and wanting to purchase the item for her son in New Mexico - offering above asking price plus shipping. As expected (see http://craigslistpostingsecrets. Wordpress.com/pay-pal-scam/) she claimed to have made the PayPal payment, and the (excellent fakes) confirmation emails arrived from "PayPal" (email from "service@paypal.com but with address). One of the emails stated the money would be released within 24 hours of shipping confirmation. Naturally that is not how Paypal works either. Definitely yet another scammer.
