Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent, non-responsive customer service, makes excuses, false reasoning Phoenix, White Bear Lake, Minnesota

I bought a cell phone from MSN mobile and was promised full purchase price rebate and free bluetooth headset. After 5 inquiries and threatening legal action I finally got the headset.

Made more than 5 inquiries to msn mobile, and cellphonerebates.com to no avail about my rebate. I sent in 3 different submissions. They claim the first one was 'lost in mail', the second was 'illegible', and the third was 'submitted after the acceptable time frame'.

The reason it was 2 days late was because I kept getting rejected for ridiculous and false reasons just so they could have an excuse to delay sending my rebate. I sent all the appropriate information every time, so now I am out of $170 (the amount of the rebate).
