Tmobile is a rip off they charge you for things you don't even have on your account. They don't explain things correctly when you first buy the phone but once you get those charges on the phone then they want to explain everything to you. They charge you for the craziest things and then your expected to pay it and they are not good with customer service nor do they train the people correctly to deal with customer problems! @
