Ripoff deduction of money from my account and non supply of goods

I ordered a Sony DCR-DVD camcorder battery
634.75 from myDV on the 16th Nov and
did not received it.

I therefore cancelled the order by telephone
Jan 4th and was told that reimbursement of money would take 7-10 days.

I was also told that if was to take the camera I
would be compensated with 70.00 GBP but
this offer was of no use as I had made other
arrangements. Had myDV informed me of what
was happening I would have had possibility of
making a more informed decision.

However the 634.75 has never been reinstated to my account or the further 40.48 for the exchange rate of which I was not aware that was also taken.
