Ripoff, goods not received, no refund given 172!

I am another gutted customer of Mydv, goods purchased on 22nd November being a PSP for my son for christmas. Never received, so I had to purchase from another retailer. Was promised a refund but statement received this morning with no refund on it. Just looked up mydv to find they not longer exist. 172.79 paid. I am not working at present and I cannot afford to lose this sort of money. Please can anyone help or advise if I can do anything to get my money back?
