Ripoff withdrew funds from my bank account without my permission or card numbe

A year ago I renewed my radio account with them by sending in a check. They cashed it and then also made a debit transaction thus double charging me. After deliberation I got a refund, never reimbursted for the overdraft though. The following year they were to notify me if I wanted to continue service. Well, instead they decided to go ahead and automatically withdraw funds without my permission or telling me when I stated that I did not want their service! I called them and was told they would cancel and refund my money in 72 hours. Not so, 96 hours later still no money back in my account. "oh we'll refund your money but it will take 2 to 3 days". That's what they said 96 hours before. It's true what they say, "why should you have to pay for radio service, especially when the reps suck so bad. Xm radio reps screw you over badly. Do not pay with a check or debit card. Better yet, don't pay them at all.
