Ripoff sold junk products that don't work together Nationwide

Purchased a sony in dash screen (xav-7w) $649.99 tax, and a sony cd changer (cdxt70mx)$189.99 tax, on 2/23/03, and a sony tv tuner unit (xt-63v)$249.99 tax, on 6/24/04. Needless to say that is a lot of money for a car stereo. On 1/20/06 it would not play cd's, play video, it would only play the fm radio! That's a damn expensive fm radio I must say!

Contacted sony to have help pinpointing the problem, to no avail. I was told by sony to take it to a place that installs stereo's and have them pinpoint the problem piece. I took it to the local stereo shop, and was told that one of the sony pieces malfunctioned (not sure of exact piece) and it caused all of the pieces to incur these problems, as these pieces are all wired together. I contacted sony and they told me i could send them in and pay for refurbished replacements, at a cost of only about 25% off of full retail. I feel my complaint was regarded as a "fart in the wind, " to this big company. I just want to let everyone in the world to know that sony sold me junk products and it wpuld be in everyone's best interest not to buy these products
