Cell-phone-repair ripoff never gave me back phone, nor fixed it

Well I first called them and got a quote and they were friendly and cheap. So i sent my 2 razr cell phone to them to be fixed when they got them they called. The price was double what they told me in the first place and i had to pay for shipping so I was losing money either way.

So I told them to fix them whatever, just get them back. Well they never even did what I asked for or was told.

I waited and wait and wait no phone so I called they said oh it was shipped out. I have emails from them that say they were sent out. They just kept telling me that every week that they sent them out then I called. The guy was like yeah your phones yup right here broke still. Said he'd fix them and send them out by tomorrow. 2 weeks later I got them.

Well they never even did what I asked for or was told. I was told a full new housing and I got half a new one and half my old phone looked like crap. I wanted one pink and the other black.

Well after being pissed about that I called them and asked why they were like that and they said oh umm I don't know what your talking about we never said full housing. I paid 250 dollars for half phones basically and 2 flex cables that you can buy for 9 dollars I got screwed there.

Then I called and bi* and I told them I would just take the crap they did off and send it back to them and that I want my old stuff. No they said we can't do that. You have to send them back to use and we will fix them again free, lol, yeah, the pink phone didn't even work.

So after a long fight or talk whatever I agree to send the pink one back to get fixed the right way and the guy gave me his word he would fix it and send it back out that day.

Well that was over a month and well almost 2 ago. They have a 500.00 dollar cell phone that I want money and they charged me 250.00 and the phone works every once and a while the keypad it messed up and the camera dont work anymore. Another 500.00 dollar phone turned to junk cause of them and I'm not about to send them another phone.

When they can't even give me my other one back. I have emails from them and everything I have their page of contact info to keep you up to date on ur phones that they dont respond to. I call and they hang up or say no one is there that can deal with it, or the guy just left or hes sick or not coming in or anything.

I'm going nuts I pay 90.00 dollars a month for a cell phone that I can't even use. They never call back or respnd to any of my emails or messages. Help
