Rude, dishonest, fraudulent advertising of products and prices not available Brooklyn, New York

I placed an order for a Panasonic DCM FZ 30K for the advertised price of $399.00. I was asked to confirm the order. When I called I was told that the order was canceled because the camera was out of stock. I would receive a confirmation. This did not happen.
I went to their internet site and saw the camera now advertised for $439.00. When I called again to ask about this I was very rudely told not to waste their time.
This company is obviously misusing the internet and should be banned. I can only imagine that they are trying to get credit card information rather than selling any products.
