Digital camera ripoff, does not honor internet advertised price

I ordered a product from a site on froogle.
They called about an hour later to state that the product (a digital camera - canon sd500) didn't come with a battery or a memory card and I needed to buy a better battery and/or card.

I politely declined their offer. After a week, I called because my credit card had not been charged the advertised $338.00

Now, they say THEY cancelled the order and to call back in 6 weeks, but on their site, they say they have the camera, but the price is now $50 more, $385.00.

When I called again to ask why they cancelled my order without calling they just hung up.

This site is wawadigital.net. Do not buy from them.
