Ripoff Failed to honor $10 rebate

The company claimed that the original UPC was not included in the submission. This was extremely irritating because I had to make a trip to a friend's house in order to get the UPC. I had purchased the item as a gift and asked for the UPC so I could claim the rebate.
The company sent a post card claiming that the original UPC was not included so they were sorry but thsy couldn't honor the submission. I have a copy of the contents of the envelop that was sent and the UPC is clearly on the copy. Of course I could resubmit the information but the date for resubmissions was already past when I received the post card.

It was only $10 so it wasn't worth trying to go much further although I did try to call and after wading through the recorded menus got nowhere.

Absolutely no integrity!
