Rebate offer on compac prisario, sent information, they sent back saying they needed more information and gave me one day to get it sent back. Impossible

I sent in all my required documents to get my rebate. Then about the time I was expecting my rebate check, I get a form saying they need more information.By the time I recieve the notice I have only one day left to get the information back to them by mail. So I ended up losing out on the rebate check. Brsides the fact that I had already sent them all the inforemation that they requested originally.
