Rebate form request gave one day to respond by mail

I sent in all my required documents to get my rebate. Then about the time I was expecting my rebate check, I get a form saying they need more information. By the time I receive the notice I have only one day left to get the information back to them by mail. So I ended up losing out on the rebate check. Besides the fact that I had already sent them all the information that they requested originally.
