Ripoff A piece of crap

I bought philips 27' color tv which worked for nine month heres the fun part. So i called the 1800 number only to be on hold 53 min and have to explain my problem to six different people be giving five different reference number and be told some one will get in touch with me the next business day so i waited and waited and waited so finally two weeks later i called and was asked what was the problem so again i begin to explain was asked for the reference number i gave it and was told some one name phone number and problem when we finally got to the right number was finally told that the tv was no longer under warranty but the will do me the favor and help me anyway how the hell are they helping me if it would not have been a piece of junk to begin with i would not have this problem so they so gracefully offered to authorize the labor charges the first place they referred me to astronic repair or some thing like that wanted me to pay upfront and once philips reimbursted them they would pay me back no thank youso i called philips again on hold for a hour and fourteen min then had to explain the problem to only four people this time (yay) and was told some one will get back to me soon soon was three weeks told that person the problem again and was referred to yet another repair place which hashad my set for a whole month why does philips takes down your information over and over again only to keep asking you for it do any of these people commnaicate with each other and if they have such good product was is the wait on the phone &computer so long r other having the same problem it a shame that consumer have to be taking advantage of so that big business can make a profit being so rudly talked to by customer service so now im out of 300 dollars and a tv
