RIPOFF RUN AROUND Fatal Error emails Unresponsive Nonexistant No Customer Service No Support

Jan 19, rec'v first auto-reply directing me to search the FAQ (that I already searched) or to "escalte" the concern, they provide a link and state a deailed responce with more information regarding my concern, they will get back to me as soon as possible, so I wait.

Jan 24, Finally a live person and no help.

So, 4 emails from GoVideo w/no help. I am going to call next, but as I suspected from the begining, I will only get more frustrated, thus I put off the in-person call. I don't do well under frustration and confrontation. I forked out nearly $300 and my blood is boiling.

By the way, all of my responce emails have come back with "fatal errors" mailer daemon. I have re-submitted this (below) on their site again via the "expedite service" form:

5 emails now from GOVIDEO and NO HELP. Your site is set up to type in a service request and get feedback. After waiting days and more auto-replies with no help, I am told to call? You should just say that on your site that you only offer help to call.

See my concerns below and reply. I have been waiting for feedback on my service request and I paid nearly $300 for my GoVideo machine. Furthermore - send me your mailing address so the Better Business Bureau knows where to send your copy of the report.

To TOP off my frustration, I cannot even reply to Jorge Arroyo GoVideo Customer Service, that email comes back with "fatal errors"

It won't play dvds anylonger, DID work fine...
I get this message:
Unknown disc. Please check disc again.

I have tried about 20 different movies.
I tried unplugging it for a while and setting it back to factory settings...
I tried simultaneously touching rr/ff, thinking maybe parental control was on...
When one pays nearly $300 for a unit and the support is not there, one is compelled to refer to the Better Business Bureau.

I am awaiting real support responce from a real person.

This is the 4th response from your site now, with no assistance. First 3 auto-reply and now finally a live person that directs me to call.

Per the site, I was given the option of on-line help. With all due respect, can't we accomplish the same communication via email?

I work from home on-line. I only have dial-up because I am way out in the woods.

I would appreciate, finally, ANY simple suggestion that may get my machine working. Do I need to simply wipe it with a Qtip solution inside or something?
Any suggestion at this point would be appreciated than feeling like a customer getting a runaround... I have already expressed my frustration in your site's lack of support. I think you need to hire more personnel.

As I said, I work from home, I do business and work with a lot of sites and so far - all of them are more responsive, faster, and in touch with PAYING CUSTOMERS.
I paid nearly $300 for this GOVIDEO machine, please help.
