Rebate ripoff scam sham deceptive keeps stating rebate is invalid

Ordered Dell laptop on the same day a $100 rebate was advertised. Followed the instruction s for the rebate& fill out form send with receipt/packing slip/mail with in 30 days of receipt of order (mailed 2 days after received). Their web site shows my rebate is invalid. Called 800 number numerous times, submitted the information on line several times. Only response to on line inquiry stated rebate invalid. Calling the 800 number is a joke you are on hold for ever. Then on 2 occasions was told rebate valid but is shows invalid in the system&to call back 7-10 days. Call back told same thing again on hold for ever again. I bought the laptop last november it should not take this long to resolve the issue. As of today still have not received rebate. Will not do business with them again—I am very concerned about what will transpire if the computer has a problem! Do not order from dell!!!
