Rebate ripoff no rebate honored

I ordered a dell 2400 computer in november with a 100.00 rebate i paid the computer balance in full in november and never recieved a rebate form or any thing from DELL to recieve my 100.00 rebate. I tried to get them on line but no response back. I do not have a home phone due to HURRICANE KATRINA but i do have a work phone and told them so still no response
