Ripoff No Response auto-reply, took money and, no response from emails

I ordered a modchip and received an automated email the next morning. The email said to wait 6-8 business days, so I did. Then, I sent an email reply to their automated email, but haven't received a response yet. I know it's the holidays, but it's been 4 weeks.

Of course, they managed to bill my card right away, but now they can't spare a minute to reply to my emails.

Interestingly, my credit card company considers this fraud, and is willing to investigate. I am using this site to perhaps get a response from them first.
