HIT Web Design was hired to create a website for my new company in order to get noticed online.in the beginning, it seemed the sales agent knew what he was talking about and really sold me on their website and hosting services, then it all went downhill as soon as the website design process began.

The website design services were a joke working with independant people who were suppose to be professionals in what they do such as graphic artists, writers, and web developers. Not one of them provided impressive work at all and I spent more time working on the site than they did based on the poor work they provided.

After several weeks, they finally presented me with the final website which was far from complete. Once you press an accept button (because you have no choice to accept to go live), you will not here from them again. I had several complaints that was presented via email, phone calls, and voice mails, and they never respond to you or resolve any issues when they say the site is complete. The site has been done to their standards for over 6 months now and my outgoing email still doesn't work and they won't help fix it. Also, as soon as my site was complete, my contact page wasn't working and it took them over two months to fix it after several calls, emails, and voice mails.

Hit Web design is an aweful company with horrible customer service. They do not care about the products they produce and they certainly don't care about their clients. If you or someone you know are thinking about hiring HIT Web Design for a web design service or hosting, please think twice. I have seen numerous complaints about HIT formally Heritage web design all over the internet and I hope one day the complaints start making their way up to the top of google when someone puts web design or hit web design in the google search. I lost a lot of time, money and heartache dealing with this crapy company and hope this report helps someone think twice before they use this company.
