The following are some of my comments I posted in review sites regarding this camera and how I was taken (there are LOTS of angry people on these sites (like cnet.com) that have been taken by this company):

How can I get my money back from these people (4NowInc)? They are worse than street vendors in L.A.
4NowInc is a scam operation. Please listen to me and don't buy into this operation. I am a pharmacist who decided to try out a reasonably priced camera on e-bay and I got taken!!! Their cameras are JUNK. They don't work worth a dime!!! Stay away!!! If you have any idea how to get my money back from these people, please let me know (they say that there are no returns period!).

The camera I purchased was falsely advertised to have a 12 megapixel rating. It is more like 3. The camera won't even take pictures without crashing all of the time. It is a piece of light plastic... Tiny... Like a toy. And the quality is terrible.

Please let me know how I can join in this fight. The money is not a big concern to me, but I want to see these people pay for their shady business practices. They are con artists. I am a pharmacist with a family of 6 to support. I don't have time to play the games these people are playing, but they've pissed me off.

Just throw the svp away! I just received mine and it is a piece of garbage. And 4NowInc refuses returns of any kind! They are scam artists. I am warning any future buyers. They lurk on e-bay. Stay away from them. I want to fight them now.US for $9.99.
