Ripoff of 90 year old woman

My 90 year old mother has been taken advantage of by this company. She received notice that she had won something and when she called to inquire she was told that she could get a digital camcorder camera for only $163.99 minus the $400 that she supposedly won. When the camera arrived they left it on the door as she was not home at the time. When she finally opened the box 3 weeks later the camera was a piece of junk you could buy a better camera for much less money at any store.

When she called to complain about the camera she was told it was past the 30 day time period for returns and she could not return it. Subsequently she has gotten several notices to send more money for shipping and handling of even more items from this company but no response from several letters she has written to complain. This company takes advantage of people and does not deserve to stay in business.
