After calling up the number on the site and speaking with a sales representative named "Joe", I ordered a cablebox from this site. Joe had assured me that the box would most likely work with my service, and then explained to me they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee (just as it said on the website). He said if I wasn't happy I could return it no questions asked for a full refund.

Upon reciept of the product, it did not work at all as promised. When I called and said I wanted to return it and asked the procedures for doing so, they refused, saying I couldn't because I had tried using an analog box on digital network (even though I had explained to them everything about my setup prior to purchase).

The sales representative had promised me that if i wasn't 100% satesfied I could return the box for a full refund, no questions ask (as advertised), but now when I said I wasn't satisfied they wouldn't honor their promises. They were also extremely unprofessional about the entire matter, screaming insults and being flat out vulgar.

Finally, I got them to promise a refund if I just sent the box back in. They kept it for over a month and when I called to see about my refund they said they won't give one and will just send the box back.

Not only were they completely unprofessional about the matter and harassed me when I wanted a refund, but they completely flat out lied and falsely advertisied.
