Ripoff, took about 4 moths to do simple job, won't refund money after i telling them the job they did didn't work, Wadhams

Well i took my computer system to them December 12to install a chip into it, the first time they tried to add my piece on they told me i had a bad piece, so i sent it back and got a new piece. Took the new one to them and of course didn't work. Now they think they did some bad wiring. I called every week for 2 months and each week they are to busy to do the job. Oh i'm sorry i was to busy next week. Bs. So they finally call me and say its done i ask does it work, they say well i don't know what its supposed to do, and yet i called and asked if they install the things and they say yes. I take it to my friends house nothing on its changed and the chip doesn't work so we open it and plug the chip in which the idiots couldn't do, and of course they did a crappy wiring job and it doesn't work. So i take it back to them and ask for a refund which they are more than unhelpful with telling they did it right even after i point out it wasn't plugged in, and they won't give me my money back.
