Extended warranty is a ripoff! Do not listen to the sales idiot., louisiana

I purchased 2 plasma tv's both with the extended warranties. When i purchased the tv's i was told by the salesidiot that " if you have a problem call the 1-866-bestbuy number and service will come to your home and if it cannot be fixed at that time you will get a new tv".
This is a fu&^%ng outright lie!!!

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for the tv to be fixed or replaced but best buy is taking their time. I was told by customer service that "it takes as long as it takes". I paid $450 for each extended warranty. Everyone!!! Listen to me!!!

Do not let yourself get taken advantage of by a company that wants to take "good" money for extended warranties but does not want to honor the warranties in a reasonable amount of time if at all. Read the fine print! Ask questions and if you do not understand get it written in a language that you can understand. This is also my fault, i took the word of the salesperson instead of reading the fine print.
