Total ripoff took away my night & weekend minutes after AT&T switched

So AT&T was bought out by cingular... And they suck!!! I called to have my minutes switched from 1800 to 900 and they said since I have a contract with AT&T they could change it but they couldn't let me keep my night & weekend minutes!!! Yeah... Whatever... I threatened to cancel and they gave in... I got to change my plan and keep my minutes...
My husband called again to change it a couple months later - they told him the same thing... He told them they were able to change it before... They came up with some crappy excuse like, "that was before this date." Whatever.
I called right after he did and I got some girl that felt horrible for me - I faked the crying - and told me this: "I might get in trouble for this, but I'm going to transfer you to a customer serice specialist and if you threaten to cancel, they HAVE to offer you something. Please don't tell them I told you because I might get in trouble" Fifteen minutes later, our plan was changed again and we still kept all the minutes.
Cingular sucks!!!
