Beware all digital and electronics buyers, FotoConnection just tried to rip me off by telling me that the Sony 42" plama tv model ke-42m1 I purchased on line was "referbished" when I refused to buy their rip-off insurance plan. Then they jacked up the price of the so called "new" factory tv $250.00 more. Their web site specifically states that "All items brand new". The self proclaimed manager "Joey" at ext. 260 tried to tell us that it didn't matter to him or the owner of the company what they were doing because there were 25 other suckers behind us waiting in line to get ripped off. Beware and good luck dealing with this company!
