My wife ordered a Canon SD500 and was told to call to confirm; she did. The person she spoke with tried to sell her a memory card and a extended warranty. When she refused she was disrespected and told her order was cancelled. I called the place back and was told by the same person he would come to my home and slap me. My wife was really upset because she doesn't place orders online or use her credit card and she had to go through the trouble of cancelling it.
