Horrible horrible service! - cable service

I've had the worst experience with this company. Not only was it super expensive to sign up on but they had to come out to my place twice to reinstall the satellite dish. I live in an apartment complex and I have to stare at that ugly dish from my window balcony everyday. They would give free subscriptions to things for months at a time but when that time expires they charge you without even telling you! I got reimbursed for a random charged subscription once. Also, I was never told I have to keep the service for 2 years! They charged me $240 for wanting to cancel after a full year! The service sucks as channels go in and out as you're watching tv and tends to skip while watching a show. Also, to order movies it's very confusing and difficult and there is not a wide selection of movies to order from. Do not use this service as they give hidden fees and are extremely dishonest.
