No contact or wrong contact number published poor service ripoff

I bought a phone from liberty wireless it broke in 2 weeks was re-condiotioned they sent a replacement took 1 month. Still the replacement has not been activated I had to call this line 1-800-449-8730 to get someone because the publish no numbers or wrong numbers or the ones they publish are automated and do not connect to a live person. I hope the number above will help others. Their customer service is terrible. Im giving them 2 more days before follow this up. I will let you know the results.
