Ripoff They have debt my account twice for the wrong amount

I ordered a phone from liberty wireless thinking this was a good way for me to buy a phone without getting a credit check. I am a single mother that can't afford to pay much money on a phone.

I ordered a phone from liberty wireless that i never received they have debt my account twice for the wrong amount. The total price was $89.99 and they debt $214.76. Twice. I still haven't received my phone and the customer service is so rude all they do is put you and hold for such a long time. They act as though they don't know what's going on and that they will correct the problem and never do.
