Took money they weren't entitled to - ripoff

I ordered a dish from skyboxtv in nov and by the time i received the certificate in dec i had changed my mind. I received my money back minus the s & h so you can imagine my surprise when they took out $189.00 from my bank account. I have called the number listed on my account to no avail. I call at 8:01 everybody is busy and of course their voice mail is full. I call at all times of the day with no luck. The phone # is1-888-720-9197. I hope you can help me get my money back and let others know that these are rip off artists. Thank-you
