Ga took my money, but sent nothing!

I ordered a satellite system from a company called Skyboxtv around the first of November, but never received any of my equipment. I tried calling many times but the number I was given was un-reachable. I waited a couple months thinking it was being delayed in the mail, but got tired of waiting so I put out a dispute on my credit card for the charge. It took about a month or more but the charge was finally corrected. I thought everything was fine until I looked at my last statement. It showed that they had taken another $189.00 out of my account. I had no idea. I have also tried to dispute this charge, but haven't had any sucess. I can't believe that after the situation had already been disputed once, and accepted, that after 4 months they can still get away with charging my card! I have tried to reach Skyboxtv personally many times, but still every number I have been given has been un-successful. If any of you out there have had these same problems, I would recommend getting rid of your credit card and getting a new one. If Skyboxtv can easily rip off so many people, just imagine how many other so called "companies" have got access to your credit card number!
