Ripped Off

I purchased a Sharp copier and sent off the required materials for a $150 rebate. I am very detail oriented and mailed the info off within the week after purchasing the item. This was purchased sometime in December, and I just received a postcard stating the following:

"The postmark date was after this rebate offer allows."

I've been warned about companies such as this. I even called Office Depot and talked with the Manager who informed me that the burden of proof was on me.

My company spent close to $15K at Office Depot last year. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
