Allowed a third party to enter me into a one year contract ripoff Little Rock

My original Alltel contract ended in Sept. There was another person authorized on my account for that particular contract to make payments, call about the account, etc.

In October that person called to make a change to the plan, they did not tell her that would result in a new one year contract to me. When I called to cancel the plan in January I was told my contract was not up until October which I disputed.

I never authorized a new contract. They said the other party had complete control over the account and could enter me into another contract; however, they would not allow her to cancel the contract. They said only I could do that. So, obviously, she didnt have complete control. They are now requiring me to pay a $200 fee.
