Sent the wrong disks, claimed they were "better" than office pro 2003 and that the office pro does not come with original packaging or manual

I recently placed a phone order for Microsoft Office Pro 2003 from AG Solutions, a company I found online with a very reasonable price. I spoke with a representative that confirmed they had the exact disk I needed and I ordered requesting overnight service.

My order did not arrive overnight service, but the following day; and when I opened it I was surprised to find a series of Microsoft Licensing programs. I searched for the website by using google and discovered this site and posted experience by Doug, another fooled customer. I immediately called AMEX and emailed the company requesting a refund and a call tag for the junk disks. I followed up with a phone call to customer service the following day as soon as they opened. They tried to convince me the disks I received were "better than the original office pro 2003".

I requested the exact program in original packaging with all pertinent paperwork and I was told office pro does not come in its own box and does not have a manual. I find this hard to believe. At this point, I have a return fedex label emailed to me by the company as well as verbal confirmation that my account will be credited. BTW: I also received an email: "how can I help you, friend?" I am very unsettled regarding this company and will be monitoring my refund status closely.
