Repeated unauthorized deductions after small online purchase

I bought something online from Bogabids for R32 and they deducted two small amounts of R15.20 and R16.40. Four days later they deducted R493 and R10.06. I want them to stop doing this. I need someone to get hold of them and tell them to stop. They are deducting a lot of money out of my account without permission. I need some sort of proof that they agreed to stop doing this.
