Will not cancel my policy and keeps billing me Dallas Texas

I have asked multiple times for my policy to be canceled. I started requesting the cancellation on August 21 and have been billed 1200 dollars since which is auto deducted from my bank account. I have asked them to stop billing me as well. I don't know what else to do other than closing my bank account which would be so much trouble. I placed a stop on future debits from them and they deducted my premium before the stop went through. When I say multiple times it has been at least 20 times. Please Help!!
