Phone Not Returned by Service Center, Told to Come Back

On 23-12 I gave my mobile in for service, but I still have not got my phone back. I called them many times and they replied with some hesitation. Finally they called me to collect my mobile on Saturday (4-01-14), then I went there today (Monday). After that they told me to come the day after! Seriously a waste of my time. I am seriously going to drop this product. I will never buy this product again.
