Hang problem and phone is not being open while pressing button. - samsung galaxy s dous

I have purchased samsung galaxy s dous 15 days before. Phone is having hang & app open problem from the very first day of purchase, also memory of phone is very less in use don't know why my phone is working very slow. Every app like watsapp, fb messenger etc, is responding very slow as compair to my old ph KARBONN. A-15.
