Elite Plus What A Joke - PS4

I have been a member of the Awards Program for years. I am an Elite Plus member and have probably spent well over $10,000 in that store over the last 5 years and there are absolutely no benefits for being a loyal member of the awards programs. BestBuy would rather sell a PS4 to someone who has never spent a dime with their store and do not care about BestBuy at all rather than put something in place so that their long time loyal members could get one of the units. Management has no idea of how to run this business and are greedy. Rather than keep the people who keep spending loads of money happy they make someone happy who never shops there because they heard if you show up at their stupid store 4 hours before it opens then you can get a PS4. I hope BestBuy stocks falls like a rock.
