Not charging - Samsung Galaxy s3

I got alaxy s3 before a year. When i got it i was awesome but after 4-6 months it wasn't charging which was so annoying. When i made complian they asked me to send it and they will take 2 weeks of time and i will not give me any spare phone. This is ridiculous, do you want be to be without phone for 2 weeks??? When i got the phone i thought your the best brand than iphone. But samsung is not best it is the worst phone every i have seen. My T.V., my Washing machine every thing is sumsung. I just love your brand but i hate it now. I am going to change them all. Your the worst brand every. This phone given me many trouble and made me depressed as well. You annoyed me too much. I am not getting any thing from sumsung any more.
