Have taken this phone last Sunday and within 48 hrs the phone has started and restarted 10-15 times. Got to your andheri east service centre. And they have no help to provide. I insist in replacement but they say we can't give replacement until we see the problem.

It is just 48 hrs and problem have come. Whats the use of shedding 50000rs.

I comoalined of phone getting heated so Rakesh the store manager says its a high resolution phone so this will happen. Did Samsung show that the heat problem will persist when you purchase the phone?

Horrible staff and people made managers have no customer service skills and authority to take decisions.

Need a senior represebtative to contact me at earliest fir samr.
