Terrible Customer Service - Samsung TV

In the past year we have bought 2 laptops, a Smart TV and a slate from the Digiland store in Telford. All Samsung... Happy with that but we have had an ongoing problem with the TV, we have never been able to connect it to the internet and a tuning problem. They have been useless in trying to help us sort this out and the problems still exists.
Now one of the laptops has a hard drive malfunction and they refuse to honour the warranty as they said it must have been dropped so calling my daughter a liar. Arrghhh. Avoid them at all costs. The discount you may get is not worth it in my opinion.
