Purchased two portable air conditioners in 2011 from Home Depot. LG brand. Both have failed. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get some one that can resolve the problems. People at Home Depot are helpful. People at LG are not helpful and can not speak to someone with authority to resolve the problems.
VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
I buy appliances for three households and if problems are not resolved I can assure LG that I will never buy LG again.
