When the water begins to enter the machine, it shorts out. The main breaker to the house is tripped. The store where it was purchased has sent a technician numerous times, and we have taken the machine directly to the shop numerous times. The problem can't be determined, and now Royal Plaza says that we are beyond the six-month-guarantee period and won't do anything for us.
