Sagging mattress

We recently purchased a kingsdown mattress.
Within a month the mattress was sagging on one side.
The mattress was rotated according to manufacture's instructions.
The sag did not go away.
The representative was contacted and a contractor came out, twice to do measurements.
His measurements did not agree with our measurements.
After several doctor visits and tests, do to the sagging of the mattress,
we had to purchase a different mattress.
This companies policy of defective products is a lot of bull.
We refuse to pay the remaining balance because of their deceptive ways.
