Ordered a cell phone on Oct. 11, they debited my account 2 days later for $97.19 but I am still waiting for my phone as of Nov. 19. Company Rep. Named Nerisse kept stating that the phone was mailed Oct 20th. Then Nov. 9th. Then Nov. 18th. Looks like a rip off game to me. Needless to say I will not use their service in the future. I signed up with a different cell phone service and was given a new phone and actived in 1 hour as well as a better rate plan than Liberty Wireless offered. Buyer Beware!
