Liberty wireless took my order & 3 days later my phone still has not been mailed to me. Ripoff!

On 11/7/03 I ordered a free cell phone offer from liberty wireless.
Three & four days later I call their Cust. Service to check on my order and ther rep. Tells me that it still has not been mailed. Now, the order is origionally (supposedly) five to seven days...
You do the math; and lets see how much longer it takes to ship out (if at all), and my money has been waiting!
